انسانى كه در دلش نغمه و آهنگى نيست،

يا از نغمه و آهنگ به وجد نمى آيد،

 قرين خدعه و جنايت و تجاوز و غارت است؛

روحش، چون شب، سياه و ملال انگيز،

ودلش، چون شيطان، تيره وظالمانى است؛

چنين انسانى را هرگز اعتماد نشايد كرد.
